At the Paris Motor Show next month, Kia will debut an all-new concept car called the Pop Concept. The Pop Concept is a battery powered, all-electric commuter vehicle.

The design of the Pop is certainly eye-catching. Overall, the vehicle is ultra small and features a wedge-like shape. The doors bulge, or pop, along the roofline and the interior has a three-seat layout which  seems to deliver a surprising amount of space, despite the car’s small dimensions.

“Called the ‘POP’, Kia’s latest concept car boasts zero-emissions – whilst in use – and at three metres long, yet with a three seat layout, brings innovative design chic and dramatic styling to the city car segment,” Kia said in a press release.

Although it’s not likely that we’ll see the Pop in Charlotte Kia Dealers‘ showrooms anytime soon, it may be a precursor to future production designs from Kia.
